STR Analytics is currently collecting Profit & Loss Data (from year end 2012 operating statements) from lodging properties across the United States as part of its annual HOST Program. STR encourages all independent properties and management companies to participate.

Each participating property will receive a complimentary HOST participant report. To participate, individual properties or management companies can complete the 2013 U.S. HOST submission form for each property and email it directly to HOST@STRanalytics.com.

The current deadline for submissions has been extended to March 31, 2013.
