Swift, the second-largest processor of beef and pork products in the world, is in search of Wisconsin beef recipes. The recipes will be posted on a Web site (and linking back to the Web site of your choosing) and promoted through the company’s Twitter stream and in outreach to the media and bloggers.

The recipes for this campaign can be varied – the only requirement is that they utilize beef. Recipes suited for summer cooking are preferred. To learn more about the program or submit a recipe, e-mail Jennifer Leckstrom of Rose Communications.
